Practical engineering review
Failure investigation requires more than identifying the damaged component.
Evoegy reviews the available technical evidence, including operational and SCADA data, maintenance history, inspection findings, drawings, specifications, OEM information, laboratory results and previous interventions. Potential failure mechanisms are assessed against the evidence to distinguish between the immediate failure, contributing conditions and the underlying root cause. Where further evidence is required, we can define and coordinate targeted inspections, testing or specialist analysis.
Independent technical advice
Our role is to provide an independent technical position that supports the next decision.
This may include defining immediate containment actions, assessing fleet exposure, developing inspection or monitoring programmes, reviewing repair strategies, evaluating OEM proposals or supporting broader remediation. Evoegy can remain involved through implementation and close-out, providing technical oversight of corrective actions and helping confirm that the identified risks have been properly addressed.
